Delivery

Upon receipt of your order, please check your merchandise thoroughly. If your items were damaged during shipping, please contact customer service. All items shipped by truck freight must be inspected at the point of delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be immediately logged with the driver in order to process a claim. A Return Authorization must be issued through customer service before any merchandise is returned. Pending inspection, an exchange, credit or refund will be issued based on the item value. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

RMA Return Policy: 

You must contact us for a RMA# or returnes can not be excepted.

 

Customer can return an item for refund or exchange if he/she is not satisfied with the quality of the product. Refunds/Returns are only processed with following rules taken into consideration. (NO EXCEPTIONS MADE):

 

Item has to be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund with exception of all Christmas gift purchases can be returned within 15 days after Christmas.

 

The item should be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund.

 

Only the cost of the item is refunded in case of return.

 

WE DO NOT SELL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS.(unless marked as so) If there is some technical problem with an item that has been used, then please contact us before returning it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. We do not hold responsibility of used items.

 

If product you received a product that was defective or it was an incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same product within 15 days of your order date.   We require a copy of the order or packing slip to be returned along with a note explaining the reason for return.  Returned items without the original box and warranty papers will not qualify for refunds.



You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Most orders ship in 1 business day or less. Select items may take longer, not usually longer than 3 business days.

We use USPS, UPS, Fedex and freight companies to deliver your packages.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International delivery

Your country may charge customs fees and taxes not included in the shipping price.

Shipping times will vary from 2-6 weeks.
