Eldon's Fresh Garlic Sausage
Great fresh garlic flavor!
Directions: Combine 25 pounds ground meat (85% lean to 15% fat), 1-2 cups ice water and 8 ounces of seasoning in large tub; knead well. Stuff into 32-35 mm Hog casings or 32mm collagen casings. Twist into 4" links or form into patties. Bake, broil, fry or grill in usual manner. Package and store remainder of sausage in freezer up to 6 months
