Eldon's Fresh Garlic Sausage for up to 5 Pounds of Meat
Great fresh garlic flavor!
Directions: Combine 5 pounds ground meat (85% lean to 15% fat), 1/3 - 1/2 cups ice water and 1 bag of seasoning in large tub; knead well. Stuff into 32-35 mm Hog casings or 32mm collagen casings. Twist into 4" links or form into patties. Bake, broil, fry or grill in usual manner. Package and store remainder of sausage in freezer up to 6 months
